Mood theory
Temperament theory is a psychological framework that seeks to explain and classify individual differences in behavior, emotions, and reactions. This suggests that people are born with innate characteristics that influence how they react to the world around them. These characteristics, known as temperament, are believed to be relatively stable across the lifespan and can have a significant impact on many aspects of a person's life, including relationships, career choices, and overall well-being.
